What this site keeps
Only the waitlist, and only for the launch test. No accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies. The addon itself sends nothing outside the game.
The waitlist
When a guild joins the launch test list, the site keeps what the form asks: the guild's name, region, your role, the guild's rough size, your Discord username or email (or both), your note, and the date you sent it. It does not keep your IP address or anything about your browser.
- Why: to tell you when the first release is out and to talk with you about the test. Nothing else: the list is not shared, sold or used for advertising.
- Where: in a Cloudflare D1 database stored in the European Union. Only the project's maintainer reads it.
- How long: it is deleted when the launch test ends, by 31 January 2027 at the latest.
- Your entry: to see, change or delete it, write to contact@guildbuyback.win from the email on the entry, or give the Discord username on it. The reply confirms what was done.
The bot check
The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and signals from your browser when the form loads; the site receives only whether the check passed. It is on the waitlist page and nowhere else.
Visits
Cloudflare serves the site and keeps the short-lived logs any host keeps to run and protect its network. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits for the site without cookies and without identifying visitors.
Who runs the site
Guild Buyback's maintainer, who publishes under the project's name. Questions about this page go to contact@guildbuyback.win.
